Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation Policy

  • • Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.
  • • A valid government-issued ID and a credit/debit card are required at check-in.
  • • Check-in time is 12:00 PM to check-out time is 12:00 PM NEXT DAY.
  • • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in.
  • • Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows will incur a one-night charge.
  • • Non-refundable rates and special deals are not eligible for refunds.

3. Payment Terms

  • • Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, UPI, or cash.
  • • Full payment is required at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed.
  • • Any incidental charges during your stay must be cleared at check-out.

4. Guest Conduct

  • • Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.
  • • Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
  • • Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest's account.

5. Smoking & Alcohol Policy

  • • Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. A penalty will be charged for smoking in non-smoking rooms.
  • • Alcohol consumption is permitted in rooms, but excessive drinking and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.

6. Pets

  • • Pets are not allowed unless specifically permitted by management.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • • Flyview Airport Residency is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests' belongings.
  • • Use of hotel facilities is at the guest's own risk.

8. Privacy Policy

  • • Personal information collected during the reservation process is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and is used solely for reservation and guest services purposes.
